BENTLY NEVADA 330851-02-000-230-50-01-05 Description

The 3300 XL Sliding Bracket is designed to verify and install the 25 mm 

Differential Expansion Transducer system. This bracket allows the transducer 

system to slide relative to the shaft rotor and collar, simulating shaft collar motion. 

It can be used for both single transducer and complementary input applications.

The sliding bracket facilitates the accurate verification of the transducer system by 

enabling the probes to slide throughout their linear range. The base plate is installed 

on the inner surface of the turbine case, near the differential expansion collar. Probes 

are mounted in the probe adapter, which attaches to the sliding carriage. The sliding 

carriage is then secured to the base plate with bolts and safety wire.

To verify and install the system, the bolts securing the sliding carriage are loosened, 

allowing the sliding carriage and probes to move. The Dial Indicator Verification 

Kit provides a reference to measure the movement of the sliding carriage, ensuring 

the transducer system remains aligned and perpendicular to the rotor during installation 

and operation.
