BENTLY NEVADA 330902-00-40-10-02-00 Description

The 3300 NSv probe and extension cable are both mechanically and electrically 

compatible with, and interchangeable to, Bently Nevada's previous 3300 RAM 

proximity probe and extension cable. The NSv probe features enhanced chemical 

resistance compared to the 3300 RAM probe, making it ideal for use in various 

process compressor applications. Additionally, the 3300 NSv probe exhibits superior 

side-view characteristics when gapped at the same distance from the probe 

target, outperforming the 3000-series 190 probe.

The 3300 NSv probe is available in different case configurations, including armored 

and unarmored types, with probe thread sizes such as 1/4-28, 3⁄8-24, M8X1, and M10X1. 

The reverse-mount 3300 NSv probe typically comes with either 3⁄8-24 or M10X1 threads.

 All components of the transducer system are equipped with gold-plated brass 

ClickLoc connectors, which securely lock into place to prevent loosening.

Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding method ensures a strong bond between 

the probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design provides 220 N (50 lb) pull strength 

to firmly attach the probe cable to the probe tip. It is recommended to use 

connector protectors on both the probe-to-extension cable and cable-to-Proximitor 

Sensor connections. These protectors safeguard against liquids entering the 

ClickLoc connectors, which could otherwise compromise the electrical signal.
